Our fees

RATES FOR SERVICES

REAL ESTATE SALE :

The commission is due by the seller;
Maximum commission fixed at 3% of the sale price
realized + 17% VAT.

RESIDENTIAL RENTAL :

1 month rent + 17% VAT,
to be paid 50%  by the tenant and 50% by the owner

COMMERCIAL LEASE :

15% of the first year's rent (excluding charges) + 17% VAT,

REAL ESTATE CONSULTING :

The tarification depends on the complexity of the assignments. Prices start from 250 EUR per hour +VAT
